Republican, Air Force Veteran, Former Federal Agent and Entrepreneur Rich Breeden (R-Spotsylvania) Announces Campaign for the 88th House of Delegates District
Spotsylvania, VA – Republican, Air Force Veteran, former federal agent and entrepreneur Rich Breeden (R-Spotsylvania) announced his campaign for Virginia’s 88th House of Delegates district. Breeden is the first to announce his candidacy after Delegate Mark Cole announced his retirement last week.

“As a veteran and business owner, I have dedicated my life to serving our country and community. Now, I am proud to announce my campaign to serve the 88th district. Our conservative values have been under attack by liberals in Richmond, they’ve shut down our businesses and schools, and it’s time to shake things up and get Virginia working again. As the 88th district’s Delegate, I will always fight for our Constitutional rights, protect our way of life, and ensure Virginian families are put first.”
Republican Rich Breeden (R-Spotsylvania) is an entrepreneur, former federal agent and Air Force Veteran Rich Breeden is running to serve Virginia’s 88th House of Delegates District. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Cyber Safari and provides leadership and strategic vision for business growth.
As a member of the Air Force, Rich served in Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and numerous classified National Security military exercises. Rich Breeden has spent his professional career holding management and operational positions in counterintelligence, law enforcement, logistics, cyber security, and research and development. Rich earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in National Security and is working on his doctoral dissertation.
For fun, Rich enjoys spending time with his granddaughter, playing golf, and reading. He is married to his wife of 32 years, Heather, and is the father of four, Justin, Austin, Donovan, and Kaitlyn. The Breedens have two German Shepherds, Tyrion and Khalessi.
